We offer an All Inclusive Monthly Fee which includes many of the additional services and amenities residents require to maintain an active, independent life:

Room rates range from $2800 to $4500 depending on room options and size.

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and have large windows, natural light and lovely views; or residents may personalize their accommodations with their own furnishings and decorative items of their choice. Cable television and telephone hookups are available in all rooms. There are 5 bathrooms, shared amongst the 9 residents.

We have two lovely parlors (one formal, one informal), a formal dining room, a small sitting room and large wraparound porch. We welcome resident company in our large kitchen.

Services and Amenities included in the monthly fee:

• 3 home cooked meals a day. Snacks and beverages are always available in the kitchen
• 24 hour supervision with emergency call system
• Fire emergency system with connection to local fire department
• A comprehensive medication management program
• All personal care services. Our care and attention is similar to that of a family home including help with bathing, dressing, ambulation and toileting
• Weekly housekeeping services which include dusting, vacuuming, washing the floors, trash removal, changing bed linens, full bathroom cleaning
• Weekly laundry services which include wash, dry, fold and put away. Ironing and mending done on a limited basis.
• Escorting to and from common areas
• Weekly shopping/library trips downtown for residents
• Assistance with scheduling and transporting to local doctor and hair appointments within a 15 mile radius
• Health monitoring, health assessments and care planning by our registered nurse
• Informal living room with wide screen TV and piano
• Sitting room with telephone access for local calls
• Regular live entertainment
• Monthly lunch outings
• All utilities except individual bedroom telephone and cable hookup
• Elevator
